Reds Racing Tips 17-12

Morning all,

It was a terrible day yesterday as far as selections go, only one winner for the day and most of the profit for the month was swept away. The NAP Jayo Time at least came close to scoring, but was denied by his main market rival who picked up better in the home straight. NB Jaleo was a distant second to the very impressive Clan des Obeaux, who earned himself a place in the tracker for his 21 length win. There were more than a couple of impressive performances at both Newbury and Ludlow, so keep an eye out for some of those winners when they next come out.

Today's best three selections come from Towcester and Chelmsford City. The NAP is Toby Lerone in the first at Towcester. It's not an easy track and C&D form is important here. The selection is the only one to have that and although he has to concede weight all round, he is the classiest of these. The jockey claims five pounds back as well and soft ground should not be an issue here. NB is Compton Prince in the last at Chelmsford. A winner last time out, he has to race under a penalty, but this is a really poor race and he has enough about him to follow up, dropping down in grade. Finally the 3B is back at Towcester in the 2.10. Iora Glas is another course winner, although that was over hurdles rather than fences. Paddy Brennan takes the ride and he's in some excellent form lately. Fergal O'Brien's has had a few winners as well and he tipped this horse as one to keep an eye out for. The selection was pulled up last time out over fences, but back on a familiar track should help him out. At 10/1 he's a decent EW price
