Reds Racing Tips 02-12

Morning all,

A pretty good day yesterday, with seven winners and a total return of just under ten points to get the month off to a good start. Tracker horse Sunshine Corner proved he was worthy of his place as he absolutely bolted up at Lingfield, but the NAP in Sun'Aq was very disappointing. He didn't get the best of rides, getting trapped in a pocket pretty early on, but no attempt was made to move him out of this unfortunate position. The NB was declared an early runner not long after I put up my selections, unfortunately.

For today, we have no tracker horses, but a few familiar names have popped up. The best race of the day could well be the 2.40 at Ludlow, where most of the contestants will be in with a chance. I tipped Jayo Time for his win last time out, at 16/1 then, but he's much shorter here following his success. It's a tricky race, with Helium another recent winning tip also in that race, but I'm confident in the manner that Jayo Time won and I've made him my NB. The NAP for today runs at Catterick and I can't get away from Cyrien Star in the 2.50. He had a bit of good fortune to win last time, but he's only been raised 3 lbs and Richard Johnson might be able to eke out some more improvement.
