Apologies for my absence over the weekend, it was my sons birthday and I was otherwise engaged. I didn't see any racing at all, so I can only go by the results and what other people have said, but it sounds like Coneygree is well on track for a repeat bid for the Gold Cup. Admittedly, he didn't have much in the way of competition (although I'd hoped Southfield Theatre would've given him more of a run for his money), but it seems impressive nonetheless.
Today's fare is a bit light, but there's some good races lined up and some old favourites of mine go at Kempton today, so I'll be keen to follow that.
