Reds Racing Tips 20-04

Morning all,

A seven point profit yesterday, mainly thanks to a good return at Wolverhampton with three winners and two places yielding a total profit of eighteen points. With enough winners and places at the other venues to limit losses it was an improvement from Monday's four point loss.

Two tracker horses today to tell you about. Willie Mullins sends Nambour to Perth in his chase for the Champion trainer's title and he could well be the one to claim the spoils over Albert Bartlett second Fagan. Up For Review also runs and is a live outsider. Over in Ireland, Fine Article needs to find some improvement in form to land the 6.55 at Fairyhouse, but with first time cheekpieces hopefully keeping his mind ont he job, he has a chance.

As for the best three selections, we start at Taunton where All Set To Go is taken to follow up for Paul Nicholls in his chase for the trainers title. He was a winner over C&D last time out and although burdened by a penalty, Harry Cobden takes a useful five off. One to keep an eye on at a price is Baby Sherlock, he's well related and having taken a couple of runs to learn his trade, his price of 14/1 could well be on the big side.

Next to Epsom for the Derby trial and Oaks contender So Mi Dar must be highly regarded to be sent to this to take on the boys. The weight allowance she gets may just be enough to see her beat main rivals Claudio Monteverdi & Top Beak. A fascinating race with some classic clues.

Finally, we go back to Perth where Malcolm Jefferson has a runner in the 2.40. Princess Tara was formerly with Peter Bowen and the switch to Jefferson's yard could well spark some improvement after disappointing lately. Jamie Hamilton has been in good form lately and claims five and it wouldn't surprise me to see this combination in the winners enclosure at the finish.
